Donna

Introduction

There's a lot happening at Reed in Partnership right now and, as we end our financial year, we felt it was the right time to bring it all together. This report is an opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made and share the impact we're having transforming people and their communities.

This report captures a year of achievement, learning and change, and sets the tone for the future we're building.

We've provided the key headlines here, but please do download our full report at the end of the page for all the detail.

We hope it gives you a clear sense of who we are, what we stand for and where we're going next.

  • We demonstrated our commitment to our Armed Forces

Through personal advice and guidance, vocational training, digital tools and large employment fairs we ensured 94% of them were in permanent employment six months after their discharge.

  • We pioneered VR road safety research

We delivered an innovative project that used virtual reality technology to help young drivers develop improved hazard awareness. Our evaluation showed that the course increased their self-rated knowledge of the DVSA hazard perception test and understanding of hazard perception processes.
